The first time you come to one of our clinics we would ask you to bring:
● health insurance card/policy
● proof of identity (passport, driving licence or identity card)

If you have an appointment for an abortion, please also bring with you:
● referral letter from your doctor (if you’ve been referred)
● blood group card (if you have one)
● sanitary towels (not tampons)
● something to wear in bed, knickers (not a string), slippers
