don't ask an advise to CASA they want you to abort because it is the reason why they exist.
If you want my opinion, do not abort!! it is a crime! that mean you will have to carry a heavy burden of guilt! and you will have problem with your relations with men after that!
You're wrong, I've been to the Netherlands. They are there to help and to provide an objective advice. You don't have to if you don't want to, but it's there if you need to. Not every pregnancy is planned, you know! At least in the Netherlands abortion is open to discussion, here you are a criminal. Being a good parent sometimes means choosing not to be one.
What type of abortion are you getting (surgical/medical)?
Have the clinic explained the procedure and what will happen?
If you've made your mind up then it shouldn't be too difficult but remember that you may still feel a little upset following (each woman reacts differently).
I had mine years ago and have had no problems following.
Deirdre, looking at the date of your post you've probably been through the experience now and realise that there is nothing strange about the abortion experience itself and that the staff in CASA are so caring and understanding... The experience of going to England, according to those who have, sounds more stressful than Holland.
The worst part of the experience is having to deal with the travelling, the secrecy, and coming back to a country where you cannot talk about this experience because of ignorance, delusion and small mindedness.
Mel is right, sometimes being a good parent means chosing not to be one.
Take care of yourself after this, make the most of whatever counselling is available and lean on the friends who you are able to confide in. You're not alone.

What are the fee for abortion in Netherlands?
How much your abortion will cost depends on your stage of pregnancy, whether you want to have a local anaesthetic or a general anaesthetic.
When you phone for an appointment, the person you speak to will tell you more about the fees involved.
