Starting 1 January 2011, referrers can build up credits for every client they refer to a CASA clinic.
Ten percent of every treatment fee that the client pays to the clinic in full will be reserved as a “credit” that the referring organisation can use to request a discount for subsequent referrals for clients who the referrer believes are unable to pay the costs of the treatment (in full).
As an example: If a referrer has referred six clients to CASA who have paid a total of €3,000, the referrer builds up a credit of € 300. The referrer can use this credit to refer subsequent clients to CASA who will be treated at a discount. If, for example, the referrer then asks us to treat the client at a € 200 discount, a credit of € 100 still remains.
Requests from clients for treatment at a discount will only be considered if the client brings along a form that has been completed by your organisation, with a stamp and an original signature (no photocopies will be accepted).
